I think I've got hacked or something but when I try to open Ventrilo it stays minimized in the menu bar so I can't even press the connect button. If I click on it it just shoots off to the left and returns. I completely uninstalled it and deleted all the files and re-installed it but it does the same thing. I haven't a clue what to do, any ideas will be much appreciated. :(

Check the properties of the Ventrilo shortcut you are using. i.e. Start, Programs, Ventrilo, Right Click on the Ventrilo icon and go to properties. You should get a dialog box with several tabs at the top. Under the shortcut tab take a gander at the run property. Make sure that sucker is set at "Normal" and not "Minimized".

if thats still not working go to: C:\Documents and Settings\test\Application Data\ and delete the ventrilo folder then your ventrilo is refreshed and maybe then it works...
