It seems like ATI has progressed more in the hardware spectrum of graphics technology but Nvidia seems to take the lead in the software department.

i say nvidia cuz before ati used to be the leader, but now and over the past several months nividia is the name ppl hear when buying something. i used to think nvidia sucked and that ati was the best, but now i like nividia because i feel their porducts are better.  just my opinion....... ...

i have an ATI and they had some kickass dual-graphics cards pretty early on, i've got it and it works swell.

My motherboard has one PCI-e 16x slot, and one AGI slot, so its crossfire ready, hehe , but will it also run nividia's SLI? thats what I would like to know
