How the fuck do I use it. I finally got a mic that works for my computer and I want to get vent. Only problem is, I've never used it. Anyone want to help a noob out?

I read Cp's tutorial, but thats for 3.0.1 . The latest version is 3.0.4, will that work with the *MAFIA* server? + does anyone know if there is a different setup or is it basically the same?
