Need more ram for my desktop computer, i have a PC Chips motherboard that says the 184 pin ram socket is a 2.5 volts. i fount this ram card that has good reviews for pretty cheap. here are the stats-

What i dont understand is that this card says its 2.6 volts - 2.75 volts, will this even work in my ram socket?? this is on newegg.com

Should work, that is if your BIOS lets you turn up the ram volts. Check your bios and see if you have voltage adjustment for the ram. Or give us a link to your mother board and someone can check.

A friend of mine adjusting the bios settings on one of my old computers i just dont remember how he got into the settins, is it in the boot settings menu when its loading??

Yes... Getting is bios is different for some mother boards, try while booting, hit the "Delete key" or watch and in the opening screen it will tall you what key to hit to get into the bios.
