How do you upload high quality videos on there? Some new feature that came on? I haven't uploaded for a long time now so I don't know.

You can search YouTube and there are ways to do it. Search 'high quality uploading YouTube'

it´s all about the fmt=18 at the end of the url ;)
add this tag to every video u want and u´ll get it in HD quality  ;D

No not always. Not all videos are able to use that code and actually look better.
If you watch them in high quality all the time, just go to your account and change the playback settings.
