New laptop

I was wondering what laptop I should get seeing as I need it for school. I thought maybe this could be a buy for me, but I only have $400 USD. Would it be worth it to get an extra $200 USD for it, or should I look elsewhere?

I'd rather not with that one, as it has integrated graphics and no installed OS(I broke my windows and lost my Linux install).

AMD Turion is good, have AMD Turion X2 64 on my HP. Never had Acer so don't know what to say.
