i think both...

1) The woman was not looking to her right/left.
2) And the buss driver needs to wake up and watch the road and not his playboy magazine.

Drivers to fault, coach drivers fly around the roads like maniacs and he was turning that corner way too fast anyway. If they can afford surveilance cameras youd think they could afford pedestrian crossing lights. Noob country.
