Title: Vietnam Pain

One of my buddies Neil fell down a moutain path, North Vietnam just shy of Cambodia and shattered his ankle 2 weeks ago, ouch! not what you wannna do there. He got carried by the the locals on a make shift bamboo stretcher after they forced the dislicated shattered ankle into the socket with no painkilllers. He then got surgery for his mis-aligned bones in a hopital with a local anasthetic off some drunken surgeons. Then got finally taken to Bangkok/Thailand to get casted and flown back to the UK.

lol, if i heard power tools during surgery, i think i would shit myself.
