Title: how exactly does bf1942 ban you?

Hello, I used to play mafias server all the time, but i recently stopped playing bf. I just reinstalled and began my normal tactics, fucking people up on pb servers.  I was about 130-0 when they banned me.  Now I'm wondering how exactly do you get around a ban, I have changed my cd key, and my IP, all to no avail.  What is the next step i should take, I really just wanna go in there and begin fucking them up again once they realize im back.

Give up and self kill. Then be reincarnated with a new bf1942 disk.

Join the *MAFIA* server when it comes back out in a month or two, we won't ban you.  Solved.

haha yep, idk if you remember me beetle, I used to play alot.   Im actually just curious now as to how it actually bans a person

try playing 1.61 instead of 1.6, or try to get new punkbuster

like reinstall punkbuster?
I'm thinking my punkbuster has some kind of id number that identifies me, and thats whats banned. Idk though

haha but thats not as fun, and it wasnt the hack that got me banned. it was me spawncamping

Maybe If you change your name they won't repeatedly ban you If thats the case. If you've changed your CD key and IP address from a perm ban you should be fine unless you didn't "actually" change your IP and CD key like you thought.   ::)

Out of interest, what server was it?

if its pb, pb bans on a hardware id, so use another computer. or use a different server.

thats what i figured it did. oh well, hopefully you guys get your server running soon.
and it was this 5th regimin douche bag  midway server. All their clan was on one team and I was just fucking them up haha.
