Title: Run BF1942 on my Macbook?

STOP, if you're gonna spam my thread with Apple is shitty and all that BS press the back button cause I already know and I don't fucking care.

Now, I have a Macbook Pro Intel Core Duo 2.4 GHz with an GeForce 8600M GT.  Does anyone know if I can run BF on a program I have called VMware Fusion that runs windows on my book? If so, can I also play online??

my little brother told me ( he is an apple nerd) that yes u can,
there is a little modding involved but u can get a software like parallel ( the program to get MAC OS to look like windows and run windows programs) and after that u will have to download some driver stuff but it can be done.
 
there are already some ppl that have gotten 1942 on a PRO , i have met a few online b4,
good luck and keep trying.
he also stated that almost ANY windows based program can be operable on MAC LEAPORD or TIGER.

there are many ways to get the game on, but the driver support isnt the same so it wont matter if u get it to run u will have to do some tweeking to get sound and etc to work correctly but it can be done

VMware Fusion.

All that you'd have to do is run Windows on it or a virtual machine to do that for you.

Mac came out with a program mac osx Lepoard and you can run windows in bootcamp and at the same time.

So i installed but when I try to start it up it goes to the BF1942 pre-screen, when that goes away it flashes black and goes right back to desktop, any suggestions?

some apps, mainly games won't run unless in native windows.
