Been using em for all of our servers.  So far so good. 

You can hit up their customer service pretty much any time on msn.  Bunch of cool guys too.

We have a TF2 and BF2 server with them.  Going to be switching our BFH servers to them too.  They have great bandwidth speeds too.  In our L.A. based TF2, ransom gets better ping than me, around the low 50's.
