Title: CD/DVD Drives problem

I am having problems with my drive. Here I did a youtube Video.

My laptop os only like month in a half.

How old is that?  It sounds like it is broken.  Like the person who commented on the video said, you might want to just get a new drive...

Finally figured  out my service tag and other numbers.

Got my tech support restarted my bios updated them still not fixed.
The tech then try to run a program but it kept corrupting on him. So he told me that he doesn't know what up with it. So they are going to send a box so I can give them my laptop to fix.

that sounds bad.. well you can always play with a no-cd crack.

You need a crack to play without a bf cd? I know with most games, you can use a virtual drive.

Thats not the point.

When I just got done buying software for my computer and now I got to send my laptop in.

Also I have a Virtual Drive.
