I don't disagree with you when you say that Chicago has a lot of crime. It does. However, Rio de Janeiro has much more crime and they lack the police force to suppress that crime. Brazil needs to work on their police force in order for the 2016 games to be safe.

To KrautKiller, I completely agree with you. I am actually glad that Obama will take the blame for this defeat.
