Even if he reports it, nothing is going to happen. Youtube will only remove a video if there is porn in it, extreme violence, or copyrighted material. The worst that can happen is it can be flagged which just means that you'd need an account that belongs to an 18+ year old to watch it. No big deal though, as there's really nothing in that video that makes "flaggable."
