But not everyone hijacks ships for a living! but i do understand what you mean they have nothing, and they see that hijacking a ship will bring them some money for there families, and i can not blame them for that,because i would do the same..

mainly because there are rules and guidelines, i.e rules of engagement.
plus none of the pirates had weapons on them or were firing upon the dutch navy they kinda gave up pretty easy tbh

Calm down, i'm not befriending somali pirates i'm just questioning your logic.
Most people equate terrorists with people who blow up and kill others as a religious vendetta, and pirates are pretty much people who steal shit because they're poor.
