Need suggestions of what to drink with it, since I don't have the balls to drink it with just ice cubes.

One part bourbon, two parts coke.

Also:

Kentucky Blizzard

    * 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
    * 1 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
    * 1/2 oz Lime Juice
    * 1/2 oz Grenadine
    * 1 tsp Sugar

Shake all ingredients with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass or over fresh cracked ice in old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a half-slice of orange.

Kentucky Cocktail

    * 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
    * 1 1/2 oz Bourbon

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.


Kentucky Colonel Cocktail

    * 1/2 oz Benedictine
    * 1 1/2 oz Bourbon

Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Add a twist of lemon peel.

Going to try the kentucky cocktail, thanks balth.

I felt so weird going into the ABC store, the guy kept staring at me  at the counter.

I like the taste and I'm thinking about making meals using it. This Stew (http://www.jimbeam.com/mixology/food/1598) sounds really good.
