I will never stop being amazed how a missile or bomb can be made to explode after digging into yards of concrete or dirt... You would think just the impact would make it explode, never made it being able to dig to so many feet.

Waste of money but if it stops Michael Douglas going on another killing spree like in Falling Down I guess its an efficient use of tax payers money
