That makes two of the FBI's most wanted being captured/killed in the past few months (Usama Bin Laden the other). James "Whitey" Bulger is a mobster from Boston, MA - he was found and arrested in Santa Monica, CA. Apparently they received a tip...the FBI site has a $2,000,000 reward for info. regarding his capture, do you think anyone will collect?
