Title: Server Ping Issues

Is there a way you can put a 150ms ping cap on your server? It's very inconvenient when guys that know they can come in with 200+ ping when there are guys with 30-90 ping and were the ones dying. And when we ask the others to leave they are disrespectful because they know what they are doing.

We can do that on weekends.  But weekdays the Euros like our server.  And South Americans.
