Its fully functional (someone could order from it) but im not entirely done with it yet, tell me what you think I could add, change, etc..

Looks good toby coons however I would add the "99.9% uptime" somewhere maybe even linking to some basic stats of the server/s people love that shit.
Also your ticket system is going to open you up to loads of work because non customers can access it.

Ticken may be some part of the internet jargon, but if it's not, it's a typo. That is, unless you mean for them to send you a small mattress, i.e. a ticken.

Allright Ive added the 99% uptime guarantee and the guarantee that any websites down for more than 48 hours will be given a free month of hosting..
Fixed the typo on support page (thanks for catching that Elliot, that would have been embarrasing to leave up.)
