He's in Scary Movie 2 if you watch the deleted scenes.  He appears in Shorty's brain and also is in the hospital when they spill all that blood and then call for it.  "I'm just a little boy."

He is probably, to me, one of the funniest people of all time.  I love watching him on TV or listening to him on the radio.  He comes up with the most random things to say, its hilarious.
