To whom it may concern:
This post is for those people (diablo, havik, milkbone, monkey boy, laazy girl) and anyone else who wishes to know what Federal Law says about posting unwanted pornographic material on other peoples websites. It is against the law. I have made a few threads in the "JOIN DOA" area of our forum for your viewing pleasure.
I have unbanned a few mafia members on the DOA forum to view the post and others can re-register if you are banned. Point being this... if you or anyone from this clan posts pics like this again then actions will be taken. This is stopping now!.
Many Mafia and DOA staff have had this talk already and for the most part things have calmed down alot which is good, however, people like your water boy (milky toast) still are acting like fucktards and posting.
I am not posting here to start shit but to clarify what I will do if these actions continue. I am sure they won't. If any DOA member causes problems on your ventrilo or forum please contact me,P1, Blue Dun, Crybaby, or Pirate and swift actions will be taken towards them.
Several mafia members will be allowed back in our ventrilo and forums when the dusts settle. Some will be forever banned on site. (you know who you are)

This all started back when [DOA] was formed last March/April because *MAFIA* made a secret hangar in the Phillipines. Blacksheep and Programmer thought it was stupid and unfair, and they wanted to create a clan and a server that was all about having fun. Then X1 and Jason(ThrillKill) joined [DOA], both people who hated *MAFIA*, recruited people off of OUR server and encouraged them to dislike us. A little bit of a "rivalry" started. Then things cooled down and we seemed to leave each other alone. Then it came to a point where we were friends.
But recently, stupid things started happening. For those of you who have know clue whats going on (lucky you), I'll sum it up: A number of our players don't like [DOA] and a good number of them don't like *MAFIA*. A select few of our members decided it'd be funny to post porn, spam ventrilo, blast music, cuss people out, blah blah blah to [DOA] on their forum, ventrilo, and game server. Some of their players come to ours and do it back, although not as harsh.
Now its come to the point where [DOA] wants to ban those guys, and possibly even press charges. They could be trying to scare us off, but from what I've heard, I think they're actually for real. It started off with them wanting to ban us all (and I know most of you could care less), and them suspending or even kicking out their OWN members who came on our ventrilo, forum, or server. Things have cooled down, however, and now they'll let their members talk to us, and they'll let SOME of us come over to their stuff.
Their point of view is:
- one *MAFIA* member represents all
- if a *MAFIA* member does something bad somewhere else, its the *MAFIA* admins job to control it or to discipline it
Our point of view is:
- one clan member represents themself, not the entire clan
- if a *MAFIA* members decides to be a jerk on other forums, ventrilos, servers, aim, msn messenger, or even in real life, then thats their business and it has nothing to do with us
We understand each other's views and opinions, but we just don't agree.
I've been going through this for over a month now. Here is what I have concluded -- A few of you here in *MAFIA* hate [DOA], or at least some of their members, and will do anything you can to make them mad. You think its funny, even though you know its immature. But you've done enough, you've accomplished your goal, congratulation s. Its over, so please leave them alone. Find something else to do with your time. We here at *MAFIA* are not going to tell you what to do or try to control you, but we do ask that you respect each other.
Yeah some of the people in [DOA] are still stupid and ignorant and come to our forum/ventrilo/server to try to bother us, but here's what you do - tell Blacksheep, and he will take care of them for you, either suspending them or kicking them out. Thats better than trying to make them all mad, and you're still getting back at that person. Of course you can't just make stuff up, it must be legit.
So, in conclusion, I am ASKING that you guys stop. You don't have to, the choice is yours. You can be like Loaded and tell me to STFU and that I'm full of garbage, I don't care, go ahead and do it, it won't bother me. I guess there are 3 things that'll happen:
1. You can please try to ignore them and forget about them forever.
2. If you do go over there, its ok to talk trash but please don't start any more of this "drama."
3. Ignore me, Blakjax, Ratman, Laazt1k420, ChrisDaKilla, Swifty, Vanillathrilla, Krautkiller, and whoever else is trying to end this (Havok?), and keep on keepin' on.
I will always back you guys up here at *MAFIA* over anyone else, I'm not trying to take sides, I'm just tired of this crap and wish it'd go away. We are taking things way too seriously. Think about it - we're on the internet, having fun playing video games, its that simple right? I wish it was; let's try to keep it that way...

I have no problem with DOA, only a select few and I haven't even done anything about it in any form to any other DOA member. I've only had the dispute with that person and no one else. Can we just ban DOA like Snipester and others who our lives would just be better and easier without? I think that would solve the problem here also.

Anyone is welcome here on our site, hell we even have services set up for users and public alike. Any other clans do that? ;) we deal with complete trouble makers as they come. We dont ban a group of people for what 1 person does. And we dont have kids for admins, when you have kids for admins even members shit keeps spilling into the fan and the end will never be clear.

Like Bonehead has said all along, we will deal with you if it is *MAFIA* related. I already know that Bonehead feels that way (I've known him longer than you remember), and plus I have pretty good memory as it is, when it comes to posts and who says what and when and blah blah blah. Go back and read post #49 since you forgot. he said nobody will be banned and as long as it doesn't involve *MAFIA* he could care less. There's no need to add anything to that, its over, forget it. Now I understand that you feel like what Swifty said was disrespectful, but that doesn't mean you should do it back. That there my friend is against our rule of showing each other respect.
If you are smart, you would stop posting nonsense on this thread and talk to me, Swifty, Krautkiller, and anyone else you want to by PMs. Bonehead HATES drama, as do many of the admins, and I'm sure when they see it this thread will be closed. Milky, why are you responding to threats nobody made? Swifty and Bonehead said to leave MAFIA out of it, whether you bring us in directly or indirectly. I don't want to speak for Bonehead, but I think what he meant was that Brian should not be banned for doing something to DOA that wasn't attached to MAFIA, despite Swifty's threats. Maybe Swifty did try to take matters in his own hands, but Bonehead has already replied to that. 2 - Once again you are making stuff up. Yes what Bonehead said is true. However, I personally never told you to stop or you will be banned. Thats what Krautkiller and Swifty have said, but not me, so please stop using my name with that phrase. I have requested it several times, thats all. And I suggested that you stop posting, but I am not telling you what to do.
3 - Like Elliot said, you are bringing *MAFIA* into it because you are in *MAFIA* and we have to deal with what you are doing. Every time you see someone pissed about something that happens, they post in flame, and we all deal with it. This is similar to that. Me refusing to tell them to F off is my personal decision. I like to try to get along with people, there's nothing wrong with that.
4 - As for keeping this open, you are welcome. You say you're not mad but you sure are making it seem that way. You don't have to agree with what anyone or everyone in *MAFIA* believes or wants to do, but there's a mature way to go about it, and you're not practicing it. Ok now its my turn to post my feelings.
1. Everyone needs to calm down.
2. I think Bonehead has made it very clear that as long as MAFIA is not being represented then do what you want. I also think this includes anything that MAFIA owns or has representation ie server, vent, forums or posts in other forums or other ventrillos or game servers with MAFIA tags.
3. If DOA has a problem with a member then they need to be adult enough to deal with that person. I personally will never give them the satisfaction of banning me because I currently will not go to anything that they represent. It seems very childish for DOA to connect all of MAFIA's members to one individual. If I did that in my job I would be without a job or working the rest of my life for someone after they sewed me.
4. I am truly sorry that DOA has a hard time recognizing the fact that one or two people are causing the problems. They need to suck it up and deal with those individuals on an individual basis. I know that there are certin members of DOA that I can't stand. Others I don't have a problem with. For me it is very easy to seperate the two.
5. Some members may take this personally but be logical all. It really is only a game. And if DOA members are truly your friends then a post by someone that isn't their friend shouldn't effect your friendship!
6. I have spoken with Blacksheep on a few occasions and he really has shown the ability to have a closed mind and ignore intillectual conversation for the sake of creating problems.
7. This thread needs to be closed because all it is doing is dividing the members of this caln over an issue that really isnt a big deal. If we divide ourselves over a small issue like this than DOA has won the war.

WOW! this really blew up since my last visit, I am going to say what is going to happen, and what is going to go on, then, I am going to close this thread.
Thia is the last time I will say this and all you listen good.
I am/will not ban or do anything to anyone in mafia for doing anything in their personal time on their internet that does not include mafia.
And this means if you cause problems for mafia in a way that we all have to deal with you're shit. That does not mean if someone wants to make it their problem but if it includes mafia as a whole not the personal intentions of a few members.
Anyone that goes behind my back and makes up shit to suit their wants/needs no matter the reason is gone I will not put up with it! if you want to address something post it in the admin section and let mafia management work out a sulotion that will benefit all of mafia not just a few.
If you have something personal to say/argue with another member USE PM'S doing it in post causes drama and may cause you to be removed from mafia.
You will respect other members no matter the problem if you can not you will go bye bye I do not, will not, allow drama you keep causing it you will go.
Mafia will in no way try to tell people what to do with their life or what to do on the internet mafia will only control what goes on with/in mafia controlled servers and resources.
And in my closing you all are causing drama (the ones fighting) It is good to post you're thoughts and opinions I want you to but not when you fight about it if you are going to fight take it to private means like pms aim etc
This is the end of this matter I do not want to see this shit stired up on mafias servers again if I do action will be taken.
