Title: heres another car accident for ya

car accident are always fun. so we we were hittin a turn, tryin to swang it, and hit the 15mph turn at about 60. driver looses control after slammin on the brakes and we slide into the fence and highway pillar head on. o ya, and the fence belonmgs to the USDA, so, umm..... o, and the airbags didnt deploy, so the driver is sue'in the shit out of toyota. none of us were hurt at all, but it was a shaker.

edit: we hit the fence, then hit the HIGHMAY SUPPORT PILLARD which is cement and should deploy the airbag

suing?  just be happy that you hit a fence instead of a kid...then yall be in prison for a few 20 years

An airbag doesn't go off when you hit a fence!!  Don't count your money yet.  From what I see your gonna spend on a lawyer much more than you are going to get.  Nice photo though.. Is that the 880

You can only sue for damages.  Toyota did not cause any damage.
