I am in pursuit of buying a car, but its got to be cheap, like 4500 or less, does anyone know a good site to shop at or around?

Your best bet is probably going to be a Camry. For the price range you are looking for you are most likely going to find a vehicle that has a few miles on it. Now a late 90's early 00's Toyota Camry would work out well because they can run forever, the majority of the ones manufactured in the country have a 500,000 mile warranty on them... it's hard to beat that on top of the gas mileage they get.

Either one of those are going to be pretty pricey for the newer models but you could probably fine one with a shit load of miles on it that would fit your price range.

Get a volkswagen, we've got 9 and they have original motors (most of them) and they still run. My 83 Rabbit has 238,000 miles on it and it stills tears rubber in first gear. Gas mileage is probably close to 30+ mpg, and it only cost 400 bucks. Or you could go with a motorbike, those are fun.
