Damn, I've been found out!

Sorry, i watched it 3 times and still can't see an injury. All i see is a mass jumble of men groping each other, the only possible injury it looks like anyone of them could have gotten was massive crotch tugging.

EDIT: Holy damn that's disgusting, just watched it again. His knee was inverted! Doesn't seem like the "fun" involved in that sport is worth the risk.
