This guy is good at stunts and other practices. Kinda like what you see in movies.

Pretty cool, looks a lot like freerunning, except for the part where he's in that hall.

free-running is badass, I went to school with a kid who was really good at it, his knees will probably be gone in a few years though from that stuff.

Looks more like gymnastics than martial arts....  But if you call it gymnastics then people will just think hes Homo.
