the fire was in anaheim hills i guess which is about 20 minutes from my house. My aunt and uncle's house was right next to the fire so they had to evacuate it lol.

One thing, if the fire gets close to you, throw your WoW game into the flames and the fire will leave you alone.

America is the biggest polluter of the air. So maby if you guys would actually stop bringing all those CO2 gases in the earths atmosphere, the problem of global warming would actually decrease and you will not get those extreme summers anymore.
I mean everyone is finally seeing the effects of the global warmin, so now maby they can actually go do something about it!
We had like what? 1 day of snow this whole fucking winter in the Netherlands, thats not right, not the way it should be..

No it isn't. I think it was back in 2004 or 2005 when it was really dry and we had all those wildfires. Beetle, by the way, I live in California too. I live in Silicon Valley.

The global warming thing is a farece. Sorry it doesn't exhist, but hey there sure is a lot of money to be made with it. We are in a cycle. From the way I see it we are in a drought cycle not global warming..

Lol, I love how you guys think this is just another cycle. I mean the drought could be a circle, but a fact is that the global warming is way out of its 'circle'. Every few years the tempature increases or decreases a bit but overall the line was generally the same. This is not what is happening right now. I haven't found the picture yet that I've been looking for, but it shows clearly that the temperature is rising more then it should be according to 'the circle'.
Even if it is a cicle, it would still mean that in order for this to undo itself (melting of everything) we would have another ice age. Now maby that is something we can avoid?
Do you guys every thing about those damn hurricanes you have? Last year they were a lot stronger and you had a lot more (same with Japan and its Typhoons), thats also because of global warming

how do we not know that it is the cycle of life? what happen to the dinosaurs, they fucking froze. Maybe what happen was it got hot as hell and their bodies adapted, and then it got cold as hell real fast. Who the fuck knows. All I know is that it is getting to be fucking hot as hell for me this summer so I don't want to hear anyone complain how hot it is where they are. You can go get a nice cold beer. I know I have only been on the planet for twice as long as you, so therefore I have no idea what i'm talking about. The hard fact is that over the last 100 years the overall average temperature has gone up .7 degrees. So I guess yo can say there is actually global warming going on. So just think before you die it will go up another .5 degrees. I hope thats not too hot for U.

Have you ever heard of El Nino and La Nina ohh wait those are temperature cycles in the water that cause alot of this stuff. And don't even through in the Katrina Hype BS. Those tards knew that the levees couldnt withstand a large Hurricane. They stright up had it coming. Thats all the City and County's fault for not putting money into flood protection.
I mean come on people we got so called scientists saying that global warming is causing the Ocean to rise 1-2 mm per year. The Moon is moving closer to the Earth. The ozone is depleated. All I see is a bunch of numbers and jargin that means absolutely nothing in terms of real life. It's all so and so's theory. WOW so and so came up with this magic formula to show how the earth is getting warmer. Ohh my God lets go call Butterfly and have a tree hugging convention. The missing link has been found. WTF do they really think; we are that stupid. Ohh and the planet is 60 million years old. My history book says its more like thousands of years old. Enough said.

They are prophecies that were made in the past and some of them have been correct with WWII things and even mentioning things about Hitler. Look into them, they're interesting.

December 21, 2012. I saw it on the history channel. Some thing in China, mayans calander, and more stuff all say that the world is ending December 21, 2012. and the Mayans have the most accurate calender i think...

I'll trust scientific carbon dating before a re-written, poorly translated book.
There are so many different version, different translations, and all of them say to be "the right version," so there's no possible way to "know" which one is correct and which isn't.

Hmm sure looks like the ice is melting alot. On all the places on earth, ice is melting rapidly... I say rapidly because the earth is 4,6 billion years old, and all of this melting has only been going on for a couple of years, really nothing when compared to earths lifetime.
See I'm not worried about like '0.5 degrees more' in my lifetime, whiche doesn't even seem like the right number to me anyways I think its way more. But I am concerned about the effect of that warming. Look at the Arctic and Antarctica. That ice (along with every other ice on this planet) is melting very fast.
Ever wondered why there were iceages? Its because the ocean streams stopped flooding. They are for the earth what a radiator is for a damn car. The warm water goes to the Poles and cools down, goes back to a warmer place heats up.
The ice ages in the past happened because the ocean streams stopped flooding. Why? Well one of the ice ages was caused because a big chunk from Canada or North America broke off and fell in the ocean. This stopped the ocean streams --> Europe was covered in ice...
The EXACT same thing is happening right now with Antarctica.

First off all, a big chunk off ice is missing there that has happened over some years. What is happening right now, is that on the left you see those little grey pools. Thats actually water that is making its way down the enormous icemass. (It might not look big on this photo but that is a gigantic wall of ice). Now if that breakes off, its going to raise the sealevel. Problem is, this is happening all over the world.. Greenland Antarctica Arctic.
I found a bit of video aobut that Al gore movie, maby go see it. I do not believe everything he says in that video (and I still hear a little voice behind the movie say 'vote for me') but still. If only half of what he says will happen, global warming is going to cause some serious shit soon.

Yeah they might cause more CO2 but its nature, and natur knows how to deal with volcanoes. But now us humans start making a shit load of CO2 aswell, and that will only mean that earth will deal with us too, one way or the other.
