lol i finally found out where to check the rep given to me and taken from me... so for those rep spammers, we can see u......also cant it be set to like it used to like 1 rep/hour/per forum member.  like u can only - or + rep a person every hour, to stop the - rep frenzies haha

every 12 hours, every hour is to low and would allow over reping ;)

I changed the rep to every 8 hours, that should be good enough :)

in  your profile, under reputation, there are 2 options like who has changed my karma and whose karma have i changed
