I can't remember what instrument you play Rosh. I used to play Clarinet and messed with the Alto sax occasionally. Is the Bass sax the same as the Baratone Sax?

 Why?

Favoring apple over an x86 based system is the same as masturbating with a spoon, it will work, but how well?

The functionality of the apple o/s is limited to multimedia applications, granted it does excel in those departments but otherwise why would you use one other than having the ability to say, "I don't use PC's, Microsoft is the devil, apple all the way. Free tibet, peace love and joy for all."

That should answer your question, now let's not make this an apple vs. pc debate in this thread. It's about Roshans trip.

No it is not. The bass sax is lower than a baritone sax. lower also means that the instrument will get bigger. there's about 13 different saxophones, the most common being the soprano sax, alto sax, tenor sax, and bari sax (increasing order). Prices range from $100 to way over $100,000 !!! The tenor sax i bought was $1700, but the bari sax i play in band retails for about $6600.

Just a one time thing, but I really want to visit again.   Seriously, the bass sax is so big, you could fit a baby in the bell.

Bari sax. (what i play now)                                                                         Bass sax

The one I own.

It's looks like you had a nice trip. This is probably the best time of year to be in New York. Was this just a performance or a competition? If so how did your band do?

It was an adjudicated performance. But there were some very good schools there and a university so it was hard. But we did get a Silver medal  !!!  That concert hall is so beautiful and very good musically. If you cut off a note, it will ring in the audience for like 3-5 seconds before going away. A very good feeling when you hear it. The weather was nice there.
