Just read and watch the video I made to describe and show it.

Seems like an aliasing issue. I assume you have already tried several different drivers and loading your default ones. It's a software issue.. but which exactly... not all that sure.
-
Damn that looks pretty bad man. Good luck with it, do what Balth said.
Also does this happen in more then 1 game? And are you sure its not any hardware issue, like you oc'ed it too much?
-
Nope, i have not overclocked it. Overheating is not a problem either. All my settings right now are basic and factory default. I have tried it at mid-seetings and high-settings, but still the same probs. I have tried different drivers versions also, from 83.37 to like 93.71, but no success.
Do you think it is just a defective card or what? I could try to get Dell to replace it maybe.
-
Could be a bus issue with your PCI-X slot. Try reloading your chipset drivers. If that doesn't do it give Dell a call and see if a new card fixes the issue.

Thats what I'd do too.
Hey do these problems start after you played for like an hour orso, or straight away?

Sometimes right away, sometimes after a couple minutes. So a little bit of both.

dx has errored out, unistall and reload it, be sure your gfx card has not reset back to a lower shader lvl.
