idk if this shudda been in bf2 section but this is a quick question....wh at is the new patch for bf2 and can u guys get a  me alink plz.

All of a sudden now wen i put disk in it says "install" and then i just push bf2 shortcut it brings me to game but does not load a server...so i clicked install next time and install doesn't come up but in "add or remove programs" its still there btu i cant remove it the unistall doesn't come up either does anyone know what to do?

It is the 1.41 patch for BF2.

Fuck EA  500+mb for a full patch and they don't release an incremental patch....

i cant patch my game at all it is fuckt up on like 21 % it says patch failt something like that nothing more no errors nothing .... HELP  :-\

try unistalling the game, reinstall and just update straight to the 1.41

roshan u know alot...can u read my edit...my singleplayer works but when i try to load a server my game just closes...

I have had that problem with both BF2 and BF2142.  The best thing to do would be to delete all the battlefield 2 files from the registry, and any other folders/files containing bf2 files.  Then use a program like ccleaner to clean all the junk up, then defragment ur harddrive, and then reinstall again.  It should  work hopefully.

ja, it's still in your registry, thats why it says that.....i'll do a tutorial when i get home on how to remove it from your registry, without deleting other stuff

i can play singleplayer no prob but wen i try to load  amultiplayer the game just closes..also wen i put disk in comp it says "instal" no play but then i exit that and use the shortcut
