Cops arn't always severe. I once got chased by them for pulling hand brake turns and 360's in a sleepy suburban neigbourhood. I was totally drunk when they caught me but seeing as I practically totalled my car they let me go. Couldn't fucking believe it, I don't think they could be bothered with the paperwork.

All cars have them and its an emergency brake.  At least manufactured after will say 1960.  Yours should be a petal on the left side of the driver compartment.  If the driver compartment is on the left side of the car.

you have a foot brake the little pedal that you can hardly see, as you press ur foot on it it clicks :) but most automatics don't have em anymore.
