Yes and it is taking forever... They started it just a bit after BF2 came out.well to be honest it's a pretty difficult task, with BF1942 the forgotten hope development team had it made, mostly they had to alter already existing models, or re-skin tanks and such.

I gave you a link to that video above and said the animations were the work of all one person. He's pretty damn good, huh? And their sounds are excellent, there was a sound and texture pack released for FH1 and it was flippin amazing.

I played the airbourne demo today for a while and it kicks ass! I love the style it has, you really have to use a squad. And every turn is different so you can play one map a hundred times and never do it the same twice lol.

Bah, built on ea's jacked up bfv engine, you have a better chance of real graphics from hindu tech support...i beg to differ, FH1 was on the bf42 engine and they made some fan-fricken-tastic use of it too, they pumped all the juice out of that poor outdated engine, and if you enlarge the screen shots from the main page that i linked you to you'll see just how great their skinning and coding is. Oh yeah, since the first release is the N. African Campaign, they're going to include sand storms in some of the maps...but my all time favorite map is definitely going to be Crete-1941.

They haven't even been working on it for 2 years, it's like 1.5 years. And besides, they aren't able to just re-skin everything and change the damage system like in bf1942, they actually have to re-create everything.
