Title: Our FEAR server, can anyone get on?

Has anyone tried to get on our FEAR server? I sure can't, it seems to be frozen. You can't spawn and the clock is say at 18:00 and doesn't move. Me or the server have the problem?

It sounds like somebody paused it.
