At the very top of the page where it says "Hello *MAFIA* MaGgOt," there are two minus signs.  Click the one on the right.  If instead of the minus sign there is a plus sign, that means the shoutbox is hidden.

I think I know what he is talking about, he is only seeing the replies on the left like most of us do (want to), but he wants to see them in the middle of the front page under the "jokes for you"... If this is the case Maggot, just click on "ShoutBox!" over the box and now the shout replies will be under the "Jokes for you" in full formate.
