In honor of one of the greatest Boston Red Sox of players all-time being traded to the L.A. Dodgers today, I thought I'd post his greatest 2 plays ever:
#1: For those of you non-baseball players, when the ball is hit to an outfielder, he throws it in to either the 2nd baseman or shortstop, also known as a "cut-off" man. Well Manny Ramirez, playing leftfield, decided to cut off the cut-off man from a throw by Johnny Damon in centerfield. Unbelievable, and never been done before. The only smart thing Boston did with that trade, is sending him to the National league. Other than that I think they screwed up.
