Yea you can drop as many as you want. The hack lets you bind stuff to keys on your keyboard so for example if I wanted to drop 50 cars at once, I just press the NUMPAD 2 key. You can also spam drop UAV's and supply crates. If you do too much, it will crash the server and everyone will be disconnected. Another key bind I have is drop 1000 cars and that will end the server.

Also, you get the other stuff in the hack like force commander even if you're not, and aimbot, no spread of the bullets and so on.

wow those are some serious hacks rosh
if only they had those in 1942
