First, get winrar here (http://www.win-rar.com/download.html) if you don't already have it.  
Then download the attachment(s) below, save and install.  
Finally, open the hack, and run the game.

Before you do anything, you HAVE to have Winrar in order to open the files. It's a free download with a link to it located on mafiaowns.com/mfs, or just click the shortcut on out homepage.

When downloading Winrar, you must select the proper version for your operating system type, either 32 bit or 64 bit.
