This game has SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many sexual references it's ridiculous. Right now i'm at the part in the picture where your gun is now called the Big Boner because your skull demon companion called a sexline and grew 3 feet long. You literally use your dead girlfriend's 20 story tall body/ass as a bridge in some hell dimension. 10 years ago this game would have been rated AO instead of M. Love it.
