Title: Forum Upgraded

Hey All! Just an update. I've upgraded the SMF forum version to something a little more current. I'm working to restore all the features and panels to their previous state. Shouldn't take too long. This should give us a little bit of an updated look and feel to everything. Let me know of any questions. Thanks much!
