Title: Winrar error

Since i got my computer back all of my files where deleted so i had to reinstall all of the hacks and stuff again. But know when i try to run the 1.2 hacks and 1.3  from winrar a little box comes up and it says "Diagnostic messages" and under that says "cannot execute" all of the other hacks i can open but not these.   I dont know if this is the same problem that all of the other people have that ask for help or not becuase i just use to click it and it would open but now that message comes up and ive never seen it before. I've tried for a while to get it to open but it cant for some reason. And i delelted norton and use another program. so if anyone can help that would save me a deal of time :).

Why in gods name do you run apps from the rar file??? extract the file then run it.
