I never changed the sky skin before, but I did change the mustang skin, so I kinda think its the same. You need to have photoshop + a plug in + skills + the texture.rfa browse arround on google for what plug in you need (I'm on the wrong pc so I don't have it here lol)
EDIT:
Just incase anyone else wants to mess with textures (FIRST BACK YOUR SHIT UP), I put the plug in in my attachment. Just get the Mod Developing Toolkit, and extract the textures.rfa (its in eagames>battlefield 1942>mods>bf1942>archives>texture.rfa)
Make sure you've installed the plug in below, otherwise you can't open the .dds files ...
Oh nvm, I put it on the MFS, here's the link:

There is a new virus on msn. It sends this link:
check http://www.99.picture2models.info/index.php?pic2038.jpg (I added some numbers in the beginning, so you can't click the right link)
When you do that, it will ask you to download the 'picture'. That picture contains a virus..
So don't click it.
