Help with hack/trainer

I saw MAFIA public hacks/trainers and im using now Game Studio Trainer and it doenst work in game :S i was wondering if some one could help me with it :D

to get it to work in game hit alt f4 and it should work.

So you're trying to make one?  I've used Trainer Maker Kit and it seems to work, but if you want to make something good you should probably use Visual Basic or C++
