On Topic:
Bone, in an ideal world (or in canada) there would be free health care for everyone, but look who's running the country. They're the last kinds of people who would want to give a shit about the poor/average folk. As for the space station, at least the funding is broken up between a bunch of countries, and at least it has the possibility to have some kind of good/scientific breakthrough.

No the us alone has 2 trillion in it, I don't know what the other countries have in it but we have that much to date in it. Exploring space is one thing, but to build something that could do more good to people now is just dumb. I mean what they are putting into that pile of shit would support free health drugs homes for homeless and dirt cheap food and free food for the hungry.

I know the old greedy fucks in the government are the reason, I am simply saying we don't need the space station, and what has been wasted on it would do more good to the people.
