Longly awaited game after F1, F2, FT. Now, in 3D.

Just started playing and in my opinion it's a good game, but... it's not Fallout. No more. Where the hell is this atmosphere from the previous games?!

Anyone here ever played Fallout?    Hope so...

I think it's an excellent game, it's basically a game that takes place in the 1950s after a nuclear holocaust.

There are "fallout bunkers" everywhere, and bandits that roam the countryside a-la Road Warrior. It's a really good game and has excellent atmosphere, i don't know what the thread starter is talking about. I'd easily pay 30 bucks for it, and that's saying a lot coming from me.

Fallout 3 is a cool game.
Sometimes difficult with finding ammo and such. But once you get the cool stuff things start to get even more cooler.

Along with a Power Armor.

But Fallout 3 has different atmosphere in comparasion to previous episodes... I can't name it, but maybe there is too much "happy" light during the day or music is worse...

Some things also piss me off:
1. Animation of the character. Jeezzz... When you look from the 3rd person, he/she looks like Michael Jackson sliding...
2. 3rd person view is preety useless. You can't fight with it (except V mode) and you fail to find anything on the ground.
3. During the fight enemies sometimes run into you and camera becomes dizzy and shows for example your ass...
4. Things weight too much. Paper weight is like metal... lol

But summarising Fallout 3 has much more advantages like those slow motion moments when shooting in vmode...
