May it be... Simple solution, eh?

If that so, 1st is better:
1. Upper and lower borders fit better than nothing
2. In the second one "C" isn't blended - looks like MSPaint-job in here
3. 2nd image is too high... Proportions are "too square-like".
4. In the second, as I see, you added some kind of pattern or mask... It lightened the picture too much. 1st one is more juicy

6+/10 - Font + Cola render + abstract render + some brushes I believe... You have chosen good colours palette, but you can do better Blackie

I like the first one.  I don't know anything about photoshop or any of that shit.  However, I do think that the back ground is to bright, maybe put a naked lady and it will be perfect.  YOU ANUS!

Blackout you do know Coco cola has it's font characters it's pretty badass. Also to much white space. Thats just me Dumbass when comes too photoshop

i like the text from the 1st signature more. so sig 1.

I like the second one. The fonts on the first one don't match the C and are to small, leaving to much white void. But if you increased the font size and matched the black letters font with the red the defiantly the first one.

Most of it is smudging and the clone tool,,
I used 2 c4d renders and tht was it, didnt take long to do. I just liked the outcome

The first if the red  C was a little darker, because the other C looks weird to me.
