Nothing to be pro in here... Just go planetranders. com get your favourite render, get some grunge brushes from google, create background, add render, sharpen both maaaany times, add stripes with multiply blending, add some font (in this picture font sucks btw) and save as 1st picture. Then blur the whole image and save as 2nd picture. Finally get some .gif maker and play with timers for the first and second picture.

Simple.
