Well.....
1. He is disliked by just about everyone I have noticed with the exception of Roshan and you.
2. His name is Anil...which I still cant figure out why he had to pick that name, I mean WHY ANIL!
3. He cant defend himself that well.
4 Because he stopped learning anything new a couple years ago and it’s about time he started again.
5. Because it forces us to see that name....Anil
6. Because this is how you are going to learn in the future.
7. Because if he joins we’ll think you’re lame and don’t know how to do your job.
What can you know about a head member who doesn't care about his clan? How do you know they are competent, that they have the respect of their peers, that they understand the issues, that they practice sound methodology, that they show consideration for their clans well being? You cannot know any of this without the openness of solid communication. Which means, once a substantial number of members begin to share how they feel about someone else, there will be increasing pressure on all to share.
8. Because it will change YOUR life and our clan.
There is something that happens to a clan when they hit that "accept" button for a person that is unliked to become a member - you cross a threshold - you move from respected HEAD member to a disrespected enabler. - you put your Head member powers on the line and I really think that you aren't the same person after that.
9. Because you’ll be looked down upon by all those who disliked him.
All clan members need to exchange their veiws on a potiential new member with others, to test their ideas, to question their assumptions, to learn from each other in ways that come with dialog. So post a poll.
