yea its old. I think they got discharged for it. Their superior officer said that even if it was not real the outcome would be the same.

It's real. The soldier who did it got in trouble and I think was discharged.

I don't see the big deal. So he threw a puppy off a cliff, big whoop. Soldiers are tortured and maimed, but everyone freaks out when a puppy gets killed. Stupid sheeple.
