What surgery do you think it would suck to wake up to the most? I think having open heart surgery would be the worst. I wouldn't want to see a doctor with his hands inside my chest. That would be the scariest shit ever.

I hate when the girl I am having sex with wakes up from the chemical comma!  Thank god I have a black jack by my bead to put them back out.  HAHAHA, you know what I mean?  Wait, ummmm, I don't think it was a good idea for me to say that....  Shit!!!
